We believe that to provide the best service, you need to pay a living wage, treat all workers with respect, and use the highest quality of products.  There are many companies cutting corners to lower their bottom line (not doing background checks, hiring non I-9 passing workers, not having proper insurances, using low quality products, paying less than minimum wage, offering no health or benefits, etc) which will ultimately ruin the market for ethical companies because there will always be someone willing to do things cheaper and with fewer quality controls. We try our best to sustain a healthy work environment for everyone. Employee loyalty = a happier company, which creates a better customer experience, better culture and brand.
